Our Waco TX bed and
breakfast is a two-story red brick home has four bedrooms and the "Judge Baylor suite," all with private baths and either king,
queen-size or twin beds. Each room in our bed and breakfast is spacious and beautifully appointed. The rooms have been remodeled and arranged to afford maximum privacy with no two rooms sharing adjacent walls. In addition to central heat and air, each
of our b&b rooms have a ceiling
fan for your added comfort.
With only five rooms, we, the owners and innkeepers, Bruce and Dorothy Dyer, are able to provide quality personal time to our guests. Since our living quarters are also located on the grounds of the Judge Baylor House
Bed and Breakfast, we are available whenever needed.

The four bedrooms are named for our children, Alan, Aaron, Anne, and Amy. Identifying each room beside the door is a framed chalk profile drawing made on a trip to Disneyland in 1964.
A full breakfast is served beginning at 8:00 a.m. weekdays and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Earlier breakfasts may be arranged on request. Conversation around our dining room table can be exhilarating, or you may dine at a table for two.
